Meet the team

Jono Devine

Senior Physiotherapist. Jono Devine, brings a wealth of experience back to his hometown, Napier. After 5 years honing his skills in High Performance clinic across Auckland and Wellington, He’s back to help out his local community.

The difference

Jono looks to find the why behind injuries rather than symptom modification. He looks outside the box and has a particular interest in finding long-term solutions to injuries. He understands that bodies are complex and that many factors influence pain. Using advanced strength testing equipment he is able to find where the issues are and how they relate to you.

He couples this with manual therapy, massage and dry needling, alongside individualised strength programs.

Despite his extensive work in high level athletes, he loves connecting and helping with everyday people from gym goers to runners and everybody in between.

Tk Yeh

TK is a Physiotherapist (BPhysio 2019) and PAANZ-certified Dry Needling Practitioner. With a background in Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit, and now competing in half marathons and training for HYROX, he knows what it’s like to balance training, work, and family life — including being a dad.

He has worked with local Premier Rugby and Hawke’s Bay representative teams, and has a strong interest in sports injuries, performance, and injury prevention for both recreational and competitive athletes.

TK takes a movement-first, strength-based approach, combining manual therapy, dry needling, and targeted exercise prescription to address the root cause of injury and help you return to what you love stronger and more confident.

Outside the clinic, TK is always looking to maximise recovery with sauna, ice baths, and other strategies, while enjoying time with family. You’ll often find him on the golf course or tennis court whenever he can.
